Corporate Computer Centers’ first priority is customer service. We will always do everything in our power to ensure customer satisfaction and system uptime. It is the cornerstone of our business and the primary reason for our success.

We will work with your I.T. department to tailor our procedures to your needs. Our service organization is designed to support the customer, not fight them. If the customer needs something done, we'll take care of it. We offer flexibility and speed instead of bureaucracy and paperwork.

Hot Chip Warranty and Non-Warranty service:  We service what we sell. All Corporate Computer Centers’ Hot Chip computer systems come standard with a one year parts and labor warranty. In addition, most of the components used in these systems carry at least a three year parts warranty. Corporate Computer Centers will facilitate warranty service on these items free of charge. Extended and on-site warranties are available. Systems can be prepared with a customers disk image at no extra charge. We never charge to install additional components or software.

We will do whatever it takes to make sure that you are happy and productive with your Hot Chip Computer System. We understand the need for computer systems that run reliably. We also understand that many companies don't go the extra mile to make sure the customer's problems are solved quickly and efficiently. Customer service is our number one priority. That's more than a slogan, it's the way we do business.

Component and Peripheral Warranty Service: If you purchase a product from Corporate Computer Centers, we can take care of the service in most cases. Monitors, printers, computer components and more! We'll deal with the manufacturer so you can get on with your business.
